About Our Client

TriCounty Pavement Markings is a company that has been providing pavement striping and maintenance services for over two decades. As a licensed, insured, and reliable contractor, the company was constantly bidding on leads, but they were facing a problem in tracking and following up on the leads. This resulted in missed opportunities and loss of potential revenue. After failing to implement a potential and old-fashioned solution to their problem, they came to Gaucho Marketing looking to upgrade their systems in a way that they could keep track of all open projects and follow-up with leads.

Understanding Client's Goals

We worked closely with our client to understand their needs and requirements. We conducted a needs analysis and evaluated several CRM systems until we determined which one would be the best fit for the company. We then migrated the data from Tri-County Pavement Markings’ existing paper system to the new CRM system.

Time for Hard Work

We customized Florida Pavement Solutions’ new CRM system to meet their specific needs. This included configuring the system, creating custom fields, and designing workflows. We then integrated the CRM system with other systems used by Florida Pavement Solutions, such as email marketing and sales automation tools. Finally, we conducted thorough testing of the CRM system to ensure that it worked as expected.

Implementation

The system helped the company to streamline their lead management process and provided a much-needed solution to their problem of tracking and following up on leads.

With automated follow-up processes and improved communication channels, TryCounty Pavement Markings has seen an increase in revenue and cost savings.
